Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Services commence upon written acceptance and agreed payment terms. Rush delivery incurs additional fees.
All source materials are treated as confidential. We execute NDAs on request and ensure linguists are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Certified translations carry our accuracy guarantee. Non-certified work is reviewed under ISO 17100 standards. Reported errors are corrected at no charge within 30 days.
Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete source materials or client-side approval holdups.
Translated content becomes client property upon full payment. Website content remains owned by Intepcespi Language Services Ltd.
